The schedule for each full day includes a morning rehearsal. Afternoons and evenings will feature additional rehearsals or the opportunity to explore the area on your own. Band Camp 2017 will conclude with a community concert Saturday evening.

REGISTRATION AND FEES
The registration fee is $270 per person. A special discount of $10 is offered to members of the New Horizons International Music Association, Inc. (NHIMA). If you would like to join, include a separate check for $10 payable to NHIMA. The special discount can then be applied and the registration fee will be discounted to $260.

Registration fees include rehearsals, three lunches, three dinners and special events. Spouses/guests can register for meals only at a cost of $100. Space is limited; register early!

LODGING OPTIONS*
There are several moderately priced motels within 15 minutes of the Land Yacht Harbor (Airstream Park) rehearsal site. RV travelers have an opportunity to park on site at a rate of about $30 per night per rig for full hook-ups. To reserve space, please call the Airstream Park at (360) 491-3750 and indicate you will be attending the New Horizons Band Camp. Below is a partial list of nearby motels. (There are also some new ones in the area which should be open by this summer.)

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS*
If you are driving, type "Washington Land Yacht Harbor" into Google for a map and driving directions. All major airlines serve Sea-Tac International Airport, 50 miles north of Olympia. Shuttle service to Olympia is available from the airport. Amtrak and Greyhound also serve the Olympia area with daily arrivals and departures.

* IMPORTANT: All transportation and lodging arrangements are the responsibility of each individual participant. Band Camp musicians staying in local motels are responsible for their own transportation to and from the rehearsal site.
